Personalized and tailored support

Crédal provides guidance in the following areas:

Pre-startup: to create your own job, launch as a self-employed worker, start a commercial or socially-oriented business, a cooperative, or a non-profit organization;
Post-startup: for self-employed individuals, business leaders, or managers within a non-profit or social economy enterprise;
Social innovation: to foster collective or citizen-led initiatives and explore new areas within the social economy.

Group Training

Crédal also offers a rich catalog of workshops. These are designed for both aspiring project leaders and experienced entrepreneurs.

Credit Services

Loans for non-profits and social economy enterprises

Crédal supports non-profits, collective, citizen-led, social, environmental, or cultural projects, as well as established social economy actors in Brussels and Wallonia.

These loans, tailored to your needs, range from €2,500 to over €1,000,000 and can be used to finance:

Pre-financing of subsidies and self-generated income;
Cash flow needs;
Investments in movable or immovable assets;
Major purchases (vehicles, heavy equipment, renovations…);
The development of your project.

Loans for impact-driven entrepreneurs

Crédal also offers specific loans for entrepreneurs with a positive societal impact. These are available to both new and experienced entrepreneurs, active in Brussels or Wallonia.

If your project aims to contribute to a more inclusive society, respects the environment, and promotes culture or citizenship, you may be eligible for these loans, which can go up to €100,000.

These loans can be used in three ways:

Short- and long-term investment loans: to finance major purchases (vehicles, heavy equipment, renovations…) or real estate investments – up to 20 years;
Working capital loans: to support the development of your project – from 1 to 5 years;
Cash flow loans: to cover temporary cash flow shortfalls – from 3 to 12 months, renewable.

Specific programmes or tools offered

Crédal Conseil provides support to non-profits and social economy enterprises. This includes advice or expertise to start, take over, relaunch, or grow a business collectively.

Crédal also offers ethical investment and personal loans to individuals.

GENDER-IT coaching programme (French only)

Gender-It is a programme for women who want to validate their business idea:

Collective support: from the idea to the validation of an entrepreneurial project
Individual coaching: to make the project concrete, to validate a market study or a financial plan and apply for grants and/or funding
