Crédal offers loans to associations, social economy enterprises and (future) impact-driven entrepreneurs. These loans are designed to help you launch, take over, revive or grow a small business.

Loans for associations and social economy enterprises

Crédal supports associations and initiators of collective, citizen-led, social, environmental or cultural projects, as well as social economy actors based in Brussels and Wallonia.

These loans are tailored to your needs and can range from €2,500 to over €1,000,000. They can be used to finance:

• Prefinancing of subsidies or revenue.
• Cash flow needs;
• Investments in equipment or real estate;
• Major purchases (such as vehicles, heavy machinery, and renovations);
• Project development.

Loans for impact-driven entrepreneurs

Crédal also offers specific loans for entrepreneurs with a positive societal impact. These are open to both new and experienced entrepreneurs operating in Brussels or Wallonia.

If your project aims to build a more inclusive society, respects the environment, promotes culture or active citizenship, you may be eligible for these loans, which can go up to €100,000.

There are three types of loans available:

• Short- or long-term investment loan – for major purchases (vehicle, equipment, renovation...) or real estate investments. Term: up to 20 years.
• Working capital loan – to support the development of your project. Term: 1 to 5 years.
• Cashflow loan – to manage temporary cash shortfalls. Term: 3 to 12 months, renewable.
